MAKING
How fresh is B Sweet’s food?
All orders are baked, cooked, frosted, sliced, chopped, wrapped, or packaged within a few hours of delivery. We pride ourselves in using the freshest fruits, vegetables, meats, chocolates, and other ingredients to insure a quality experience in every bite.

How much notice should I give B Sweet when placing my order?
We ask fora minimum of 24 hours notice. (Parties of 20 or more, please allow
48hrs notice)

I forgot I had an event today, can I order something for same day delivery or pick-up?
Yes. Rush orders are possible depending on availability of ingredients, our schedule for the day, and the size of the order. A rush fee will be added and is based on the above mentioned.

Are B Sweet’s recipes from a cookbook?
Most of our recipes have been handed down from Barbara’s’ mom, grandma, aunts and other family members. She has revised many of them to make it her own.

Can I learn to make food like B Sweet?
Soon! We will be starting classes in the near future. Barbara will be teaching small groups some of the basics of preparing tasty homemade meals for you and your family to enjoy. Keep checking back, or email us to convince Barbara to do it sooner.

EATING
Are there certain guidelines to eating B Sweet food?
We suggest you warm the famous Chocolate Chip Banana Bread before eating.
Eat every crumb of cupcake before moving on the next one. Enjoy every bite!!!

Well thank you! But that’s not really a question, that more of a statement

When is the best time to eat B Sweet treats?
We always recommend eating the food immediately after purchasing it. With our baked goods, that “fresh out of the oven” taste is to die for. For our savory foods, the fresh baked bread is as soft as it can be, the potatoes are fluffy, and the salad is crisp and cold.

STORING
How long are my sweets good for?
B Sweet Cupcakes and breads can sit on your kitchen counter for two days as long as it is cool place. We suggest all other foods be refrigerated and some may be frozen.

Your packaging is beautiful, are there any other benefits in using it?
Yes. Not only is all our packaging beautiful, it also helps in transporting and storing it properly.

Should I just throw away your packaging or is it reusable?
Please don’t just throw it away. All of our packaging is made of corn product, sugar product, or of 100% recycled plastic bottles. Please recycle your packaging and help protect our environment.

SHIPPING
I don’t live in SouthernCalifornia, can you ship some goodies to me?
Yes, but not everything yet. Right now we only ship our FAMOUS CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD. Soon our cupcakes, muffins, brownies, cookies, and dry mixes will also be available for shipping. Please keep checking back for updates.

PICK-UP/ DELIVERY
Do you deliver?
Yes we do! We would be happy to bring your order straight to your front door.
There is a delivery fee depending on time, location and size of order.

Can I just stop by and purchase some treats?
We do not have a retail space at this time, so treats are only available for pick up if you place an order in advance. Since all B Sweet treats are made fresh to order, we do not keep any excess on hand.

TASTING
Can I set up a private tasting party at your kitchen?
Yes!!! We would be happy to set up a private tasting for you. Please call and set up an appointment and we will create some goodies for you to sample.

I wanted to order my wedding cake from you. Can I come in for a tasting?
Of course you can. We will set up a time for you to come in and sample our cakes. We will meet with you one on one to customize your cake.

Can I taste your food before I order?
Yes. Our food is always available at ING Direct Café in West Los Angeles. The menu there changes every week, so you can try some of our food products before you place an order with us. You can also find our coupons on our Yelp, Citysearch, and Google Maps pages and receive a Free Red Velvet Mini Cupcake.

BILLING/CANCELATION
Do I have to pay in full when I place my order?
You can if you would like. On most orders we ask for a non-refundable 50% deposit. The balance is charged at pick up or delivery.

Something came up, can I cancel my order?
Yes, things do come up and an order can be cancelled or rescheduled. We treat all orders individually. We are a company who believes in being fair to all of our customers. All deposits are non-refundable and orders that are not cancelled with more than a 24hr notice will charged full price.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We take cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Sometimes hugs too. However, there is a small fee for returned hugs.
