We LOVE Girl Scout Cookies so when they finally become available each year... WE LOAD UP!
We definitely eat a few boxes for ourselves but what we really love doing is using them in our "Girl Scout Cookie" themed desserts! Each week in February we offer a few special GSC Cookie themed desserts like a cake or bread pudding using "Samoa" Cookies or a Lemon Bar with a "Trefoil" Cookie crust.
Each week we change the menu items and each week we buy our cookies from a different Los Angeles Girl Scout troop! We love supporting our local troops!
