If you use social media at all, you have seen the viral Chocolate Chip Cookie Croissant that everyone is making. So you know we had to do our own too... but our own way. Well, we have created our UBE COOKIE CROISSANT in collaboration with one of our favorite neighbors, Artelice LA.
We take their amazing housemade croissant then fill and top it with our yummy ube white chocolate cookie dough. After a quick bake, you get one of the best things you've ever tasted. Perfectly sweet, gooey, crunchy, buttery, ube'y goodness.
For now, they are available EXCLUSIVELY at our B Sweet Sawtelle location. Who knows what the future might hold. If you thing UBE was all Chef Barb played with, you don't know Chef Barb.
